Expanding Cybersecurity Education for All
Cybersecurity Updates
As we embrace the sunny days ahead and bid farewell to our high school students until autumn, we wish everyone a joyful and safe summer!
Recently, we’ve been hard at work alongside the Kansas Department of Education, school district service centers, and local high schools to expand our Cybersecurity program for students. We’re thrilled to announce that two more high schools have joined, bringing the total to five schools offering our free Cybersecurity training. Our ultimate aim? To make this vital training accessible in every high school across our 26 counties.
But here’s the best part: Cybersecurity education isn’t limited to high schoolers! Residents from all 26 NWK counties are eligible to apply. Whether you’re a student or someone looking to skill up for high-paying careers—starting at an average entry-level salary of $70k—there’s an opportunity waiting for you.
