the Northwest Kansas Economic Innovation Center, Inc. County Level Incentive Program (CLIP) is designed to help Northwest Kansas communities attract and retain the workforce needed to grow local economies, strengthen essential industries, and support long-term community vitality.
Through this initiative, counties across the 26-county region can access funding to recruit qualified individuals from outside the region to fill critical workforce shortages and high-demand positions.
Seasonal and temporary workers are not eligible.
